Vertex, located across the street from The Westside, is WRP Associate’s newest property, completed in 2018. At seven stories - with 70 residential units, 3150 square feet of commercial space at street level, and 2 levels of below grade parking - this project is the largest yet designed and developed by WRP Associates.

The Westside Off Broadway sits in the very heart of Capitol Hill's most vibrant area—the Broadway corridor—one block from the Sound Transit station. This building totals 7 stories above grade including 45 residential units, 2 loft commercial spaces at grade, and 2 levels of below grade parking. The contemporary design takes full advantage of the building’s sweeping views of downtown.

Capitol Court
Capitol Court was completed in 2004 on the east side of Capitol Hill. This project, containing 44 residential units and 1,920 square feet of commercial space, was designed, developed, and built by WRP Associates. It rises four stories above grade, and contains 2 levels of parking below grade. The steel frame building offers views of the Cascades and Mt. Rainier from many of its units and the landscaped community rooftop deck.

Lake Union Tower
Standing tall over western Lake Union, this mixed use building provides sweeping views of Lake Union and downtown to most of its 30 residential units. There are several commercial spaces totaling 2700 square feet and 3 levels of below grade parking. Located just one block from the lake, Lake Union Tower was completed in 1995 and continues to be owned and operated by the partnership’s management division.

Belgrove Court
Belgrove Court occupies one of Capitol Hill’s more challenging sites in one of the city’s most vibrant urban neighborhoods. The building was completed in 1993. It is seven stories, contains 60 residential units, 5,475 square feet of commercial space and 74 below grade parking spaces. Terraces and balconies provide sweeping views of downtown. The WRP management division is also headquartered here.

Interlake Place
This Greenlake property was purchased by the partnership through an auction. The former city light substation was developed into a three story, 21 unit apartment building with 4,814 square feet of commercial space. Parking for 28 vehicles is provided on site, below grade. The building was completed in 1990. Currently, Interlake Place is owned and operated by the WRP Associates management team.

Aspen Park
Aspen Park, the first building designed and developed by the partnership, was completed in 1988. The wood framed structure houses 24 residential units with a 30 car below grade garage in the Greenwood neighborhood. It is nestled in a thriving commercial district amongst bistros, cafes, and antique shops.
